Nicole and Morgan got married on a late summer afternoon in the Kawarthas. Their wedding was held at a quaint cabin on an island owned by a family friend on Kasshabog Lake. The property is gorgeous and dotted with mostly pine and maple trees that were on the verge of changing colours. They invited about 20 of their closest friends and family who arrived by boat in the morning. They had their wedding ceremony in a sweet little clearing with the lake as a backdrop. Their sweet baby Nora was the cutest little flower girl ever and their dog, Roscoe was perhaps the guest of honour throughout the day. After the ceremony, they had a lovely dinner outside, followed by dancing at sunset. The night ended with s’mores around the campfire. Everything (including the meal) was put together by the bride and groom and bridal party. This intimate Kasshabog Lake wedding was wonderfully simple, elegant and joyous. Below is a collection of some of my favourite moments I photographed throughout the day.
